Rosters: Please submit your online game rosters by Tuesday August 27th 12 noon. At 12 noon we pull them off the website to print and have them ready for check in on Friday August 30th. If you submit after this schedule time, we won't know and therefore your cards won't get printed. If you miss the deadline you can still complete your game roster during team check-in, in ink.
How to retrieve your game roster; go to the game schedule on the home page of the web site, find the gender and age of your team, click on that link. The schedule for that age will open, then click on your team; a new page will generate; go to the right-hand corner, in the top tool bar there is a link called TEAM LOG IN, push this button, from there you will be asked for your email address and pin number, all registered emails should work, but coaches email works best. In order to retrieve your teams pin number, click on the "click here" and an email will be sent to the coaches email with your pin. Once you have your pin repeat the above process and enter your complete roster. You may only complete the roster ONCE, otherwise, it will create duplicates entries.
Rosters are not frozen until you have checked your team in. Please email if you have questions at firstname.lastname@example.org
Lastly - regarding two venues - UCSD and Muirlands Middleschool
UCSD MUIR - You will need to get a parking permit, otherwise you will be cited.
Muirlands Middleschool - We can not park in the parking lot on Sunday as they have church in session. You will be cited if you park in the lot of Sunday, so get there early and give yourself plenty of time to park along the street.
